Terms of Use

Thanks for using Zen Rooms. These terms are short and meant to keep things fair and simple. By using the app you agree to them.

The app

Zen Rooms is licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Please do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its furniture models, artwork, music and sounds. They belong to Tiny App Studio.

Your rooms and snapshots

The rooms you arrange are yours to enjoy, and you are welcome to share snapshots of them, including on social media. Sharing a snapshot does not give you ownership of the furniture, artwork or other app content shown in it.

Furniture packs

Furniture packs are optional one-time purchases that unlock additional items inside Zen Rooms. They are not subscriptions. A pack is tied to the Apple Account that bought it and can be restored on your devices at any time from Settings › Restore Purchases. Packs have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Payments are processed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's App Store policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your saved rooms

Rooms are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, and we have no copy to restore. Purchased packs are not affected and can be restored.

Changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app, including the contents and prices of packs, as it evolves. Items in a pack you have already bought stay available to you while the app is offered. If these terms change, the new version will appear here with a new date at the top.

No warranty

Zen Rooms is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and to the maximum extent the law allows we are not liable for lost rooms or other losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
